On April 24, 2018, The American College of Health Care Administrators presented one of its 2018 Eli Pick Facility Leadership Awards to Michelle Fraternali, executive director of Life Care Center of Littleton, Colorado.
The award, named in honor of visionary ACHCA member Eli Pick, is based on the criteria ranging from facility census to survey results. It acknowledges administrators who have guided their organizations to a higher level of quality.
“I have the honor of working alongside some of the best caregivers I have ever known,” says Fraternali. “I am thankful to each of them for their contributions to our seniors and the industry.”
Fraternali says the most rewarding part of her job is seeing her team develop and accomplish their goals. She loves to watch her associates grow into their roles and loves witnessing the effects they have on each other, the residents and patients. Fraternali considers working with seniors to be an honor and a privilege.
“I am delighted that we have been recognized nationally for our accomplishments,” says Fraternali.
Fraternali has been an executive director for 18 years and been with Life Care Center of Littleton for four, in her words, happy years.
